I'm working with a leading organisation undertaking a significant technology and engineering programme and am seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex technical initiatives.

Strong day rate available.

This position will suit a delivery-focused project professional who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys coordinating diverse stakeholder groups, and has a strong track record of bringing technical projects through critical milestones and into operational deployment. Strong product development experience in the Hardware / Firmware space would be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, quality, and business functions
• Drive project delivery from initial planning through execution and implementation
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and governance activities
• Coordinate internal teams and external delivery partners to achieve project objectives
• Ensure adherence to established processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements
• Provide regular reporting and project updates to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery and operational processes

Experience Required

• 8+ years' experience managing complex technical or engineering-focused projects
• Proven track record delivering large-scale programmes in highly regulated or technical environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and external delivery partners
• Degree-qualified in Engineering, Science, Technology, or a related discipline
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification desirable
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies is beneficial
